Lula Graceful Ministry (“the Ministry,” “we,” “our”) is a ministry operated by Sentry Innovations LLC and a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to serving immigrant communities through education, advocacy, and compassionate support. This Non‑Refundable Donation Policy explains how donations made through our website and fundraising platforms are handled.

1. All Donations Are Final

All donations made to Lula Graceful Ministry Trust are final and non‑refundable.
Because contributions immediately support our programs, services, and community outreach, we are unable to reverse or return funds once a donation has been processed.

2. Exceptions for Transaction Errors

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donations made in error
• Incorrect donation amounts caused by technical issues
• Processing errors by our payment provider
• Any situation where applicable law requires a refund

To request a review of a transaction error, please contact us within 7 business days of the donation.

3. Donor Responsibility

Before submitting a donation, donors are responsible for:

• You may cancel future donations at any time
• Cancellations apply to future charges only
• Previously processed donations remain non‑refundable
