Lula Graceful Ministry, a ministry operated by Sentry Innovations LLC and a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is committed to honoring the trust and generosity of every donor. Donors have the right to have their personal information kept confidential.
We do not sell, share, or trade donor information.
Donors may choose to give anonymously at any time.

Donors have the right to ask questions and receive honest, respectful, and timely answers about their donations or our organization’s work.

  1. The Right to Designate Gifts

When applicable, donors have the right to direct their contributions to specific programs or initiatives and to be informed if a designation cannot be honored.

Donors have the right to know whether individuals soliciting donations are volunteers, staff members, or third‑party partners acting on behalf of the Ministry.

  1. The Right to Be Treated with Respect

Donors have the right to be treated with dignity, compassion, and appreciation, regardless of the size or frequency of their contributions.

  1. The Right to Opt Out

Donors have the right to remove themselves from mailing lists, email lists, or fundraising communications at any time.

  1. The Right to Transparency in Reporting

Donors have the right to receive updates, stories, and impact reports that reflect the real outcomes of the Ministry’s work.
